Founder & CEO
Bake Bakery

We started Bake Bakery did not begin in a commercial kitchen, but rather in the aromatic intersection of two worlds. Our origin is rooted in the “New Londoner” experience—the belief that the city’s historic baking traditions could be elevated by the vibrant, organic soul of heritage spices.

Founded in the heart of London, Bake Bakery was born from a desire to reclaim the “Slow Bake.” In a world of mass-produced, chemically-altered pastries, our founder envisioned a sanctuary where the rigorous standards of British patisserie met the health-conscious, organic principles of the 21st century. We didn’t just want to open a bakery; we wanted to build a house—a place where the warmth of a London hearth meets the bold, artisanal spirit of the future.

The “Bake Bakery” is woven into the very fabric of London. Since the 12th-century London Bakers’ Guild, this city has been the global epicenter of confectionery craft. We have meticulously studied the archives of the great London tea houses of the 1800s to rediscover the “art of the sponge”—techniques that rely on time and temperature rather than artificial stabilizers.
